Ataturk's Principles and History of Revolution I (2-0)2

Ataturk's Principles and History of Revolution II (2-0)2

In this course; The revolutionary laws of March 3, 1924, which played an important role in the Republic of Turkey having a secular state order, and their importance today are explained. The formation of a participatory democratic order in Turkey and democratization efforts are explained. The importance of Atatürk's breakthroughs in the political, social, economic, legal, educational and cultural fields to bring the Republic of Turkey to the level of contemporary civilization is explained.

Population Geography (3-0)3

Informing about the concepts of population and demography, the geographical approach in population studies and new topics on the agenda of population studies. Explaining births, deaths and migration factors that determine population growth in the world, as well as making comparative evaluations in terms of developed and less developed countries. Explain the problems caused by population growth with spatial differences. Change in population density in the world, geographical, socio-economic and ecological characteristics of densely and sparsely populated areas.
